These include functions such as temperature sensing (with the freedom of placing sensors across the die to measure the die-temperature at different locations), power-on-reset (POR) circuits that accept a sense voltage larger than the input supply and offer control over the assertion and de-assertion delays, precision bandgap references and digital filters.
