Customization and Licensing

We adopt a flexible approach to customization and licensing, with Win-Win as our guiding philosophy.

We understand that differentiated Analog IP may need customization to fit specific application and usage. These maybe for realizing a specific analog or digital interface, specific optimization, testability features, or application driven features. Often times, multiple analog functions need to be integrated into a single core unit. Further, analog cores may be required in the specific customer-targeted foundries and process-nodes.

In such circumstances, Cosmic flexibly offers customization to its existing Analog IP. We port our existing analog technology to the customer’s chosen foundry and node.

The initial engagement phase is used to discuss the specific requirements, and our experts create a detailed specification document including the customization aspects. The schedule for the customization is discussed upfront, and the Cosmic’s experts advice customers on any need for a test-chip to deliver Analog IP.
